Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, write to us and we will do our best to help.
How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces list their lead time with the product details.
Do you work with designers and architects?
Yes. Trade pricing and project support are available. Write to Contact@jndcraftsupply.shop with a short note about your project.
Can I visit the studio?
Visits are by appointment. Send us a note with your preferred dates and a little about what you would like to see.
What is your return policy?
Unused pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can help with the return.
